Submitting a Request for Services
You can submit a request for our services anytime by using the portal site at www.myWineWebmaster.com. If this is your first request, you need to register for an account.

If you are not an existing WineWeb client, you'll first need to register at WineWeb.com, so you can place an e-check or credit card on file with us. There is no fee for this registration, if you choose not to use any of our other services. To register at WineWeb.com, go to the winery registration page by clicking on the link. You'll first be asked to locate your Winery ID, then you'll be asked for your name, email and a password. When the page describing our services is displayed, click the "no thanks" link to only register for our free services. Then select "Billing Information" from the "Profile" menu and place an e-check or credit card on file for your account. Wine merchants have a similar registration process by starting at the wine merchant registraion page.

Register for a myWineWebmaster account


From the portal site at myWineWebmaster.com, select the link to register. You'll be asked to assign a username and a password. You'll also be asked for your Winery ID or Wine Merchant ID. Once you have completed the registration process, check your email for a verification email. You'll need to click the link in that email to verify your registration.

Submitting a Request Ticket


First, login to your account using your username and password. Then click the link to submit a new ticket. You'll be asked to provide the following information:
  • Your Winery ID or Wine Merchant ID
  • The type of service requested (select from the dropdown box)
  • The pre-approved maximum number of hours for this request. If you specify a number here, and we estimate that we can complete the request within that number of hours, then we will immediately place the request into our work queue. If our estimate exceeds this number, we'll contact you to discuss. If the request is completed in less hours than your maximum, we'll only charge you for the hours that were incurred.
  • Check the box if you want us to contact you with an estimate prior to starting work. Note that this will delay the start of your request until we estimate the project and get your approval to proceed.
  • A brief title for the request
  • A detailed description of the service requested. A more detailed the description will result in less time spent in asking for clarifications.
  • Any files to attach to the request.
Once the ticket has been submitted, you'll be able to view the ticket and its status.
